Priced per managed client — never per seat

You pay by the number of active clients you manage in the system — not by the number of your team members using it. A three-person agency and a ten-person agency managing the same 40 clients pay the same. That keeps the tool aligned with the revenue it supports: at capacity, Starter works out to about €8 per managed client per month, next to the €40–170 a typical agency bills that client monthly.

Per-seat pricing punishes you for bringing more of your team into the system — exactly the opposite of what a system of record should do. We want every specialist, reviewer and account manager working inside one source of truth, so seats are bundled generously into each tier and the meter runs on managed clients instead.

Annual billing is priced at ten months for twelve — roughly a 15% saving versus paying monthly. You can start monthly and switch to annual at any renewal.

All client data is stored and processed inside the EU. On the Scale tier you can also self-host the entire system on infrastructure you control via Docker, with zero subprocessors and no data leaving your environment — the definitive answer to data-sovereignty due diligence. We include a free, guided migration on every tier. You send us your client roster and filing history as spreadsheets; we map them into Client 360 records, obligations and calendar entries with you, and validate the result before go-live. Most agencies are operational within days, not weeks.

Monthly plans are rolling with no lock-in — cancel any time and export your full data set yourself, structured data as CSV/JSON plus documents. Annual plans run for twelve months. There is no charge for exporting your data, during the term or on the way out.

Yes. From 12 August 2026, non-EU sellers need an authorised representative in every EU country they sell packaging into (source: verpackungsgesetz.com).
